Group CrossFit Classes
CrossFit classes are offered 5 times a week with each class coached by a certified coach.
The workouts are specially designed to be accessible to each athlete, scaling up or down based on an athlete’s ability and experience.
We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life.
If you’re just starting out, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.
Personal Training is the quickest way to get the results you want. The training program is written and coached around your abilities, goals, and priorities. A personal trainer will give you individual attention and hold you accountable for working towards your goals.
We recommend taking advantage of 1 Private Coaching session per week in conjunction to your Group Classes to ensure maximum results. Visit our Getting Started page to schedule your first initial visit.
Skill Sessions are 30 minutes one-on-one personal training session for current members to focus on a particular skill, movement or aspect of their fitness.
If you are looking to get that first pull-up, muscle-up, or double under, Skill Sessions are the quickest way to getting there
Ideal Youth/ Teens
Ideal Youth: Ideal Youth is intended for a youth population of all fitness levels between the ages of 5-14. It is Ideal, but not limited to, a group setting where the kids can have fun with their friends. It is designed to run in a 45-minute class structure. The goal of Ideal Youth is to provide youth coaches with the best possible tools to allow kids to enjoy exercise as they age and have FUN in every class. Kids will be encouraged to give their best effort regardless of ability level and be rewarded with a game!
