Owner, Head Coach
As Daryl started making progress in his personal CrossFit journey back in 2009 and noticed the depth and breadth of the questions he had about CrossFit, fitness, and sport couldn’t be answered by any one coach. It’s then that he started researching and learning on his own, always searching for in-depth answers, best practices in improving technique, training methodology, and all the other aspects of training that would make him a better athlete.
With all this research and personal development, it had never crossed Daryl’s mind to pursue coaching as a career until he found himself giving others cues and suggestions without even realizing he was coaching.
As someone who never considered himself truly athletic, he appreciates what CrossFit has given him in changing the way he looks at athleticism and fitness.
Today, as Head Coach and owner of Ideal CrossFit, Daryl wants to help as many people as he can open their eyes to what they’re truly capable of and have the life-changing experience that he did.
